Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Engaging Classroom Instruction:
– Conduct instructor-led training sessions for aspiring Salesforce developers, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
2. Develop Curriculum and Learning Materials:
– Create and update course materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments, to reflect the latest Salesforce development best practices.
3. Stay Updated on Salesforce Trends:
– Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and features within the Salesforce ecosystem to provide students with the most relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
4. Provide Mentorship and Support:
– Offer guidance and support to students through mentoring and one-on-one interactions, fostering a positive and collaborative learning experience.
5. Assess and Evaluate Student Performance:
– Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of Salesforce development concepts.
6. Facilitate Virtual Training Sessions:
– Conduct virtual training sessions for remote students, utilizing online platforms and tools to deliver a seamless learning experience.
7. Collaborate with Curriculum Development Team:
– Work closely with the curriculum development team to contribute insights and feedback for continuous improvement of training materials.
8. Participate in Professional Development:
– Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your own skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with in-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration technologies.
– Previous experience in instructional design and delivery, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
– Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certifications are highly desirable.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
– Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Ability to adapt to different learning styles and pace.
