Welcome to GFGG IT Academy! We are delighted to have you on board. To ensure a seamless learning experience, please carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern your participation in our courses.
Upon successful enrollment in a course at GFGG IT Academy, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your course, including the start date, duration, and any specific requirements. This confirmation serves as a legally binding agreement between you and GFGG IT Academy.
The Institution will provide access to course materials through specified platform/method. The Student agrees that these materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without the express permission of the Institution.
Participants will be added to a dedicated Facebook group associated with their course. This group serves as a collaborative platform for discussions, resource sharing, and community engagement. However, it is strictly prohibited to share any course-related resources or discussions outside the group.
All course materials shared through the Google Drive link and within the Facebook group are confidential and proprietary to GFGG IT Academy. Participants must not share, distribute, or reproduce these materials outside the enrolled course.
The Student agrees not to record any classes or sessions without the express permission of the Instructor and the Institution. Furthermore, class content, including but not limited to presentations, discussions, and materials, must not be shared with individuals not enrolled in the course.
To receive certification for the course, a minimum attendance of 60% is mandatory. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the denial of certification.
The Student agrees to adhere to the Institution’s code of conduct, as outlined in the student handbook or related documents. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of enrollment.
Monthly tuition fees are to be submitted within the first week of every month. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of course access until payment is received. No refunds will be provided for missed classes or late payments.
Students have the right to cancel their enrollment within 14 days of registration for a full refund, provided that the course has not yet started. After the course has begun, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing to our administrative office. Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect to receive the refunded amount within 7 working days.
For any issues, concerns, or queries, participants are requested to promptly get in touch with GFGG IT Academy through the designated communication channels. We are committed to resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants.
The Institution reserves the right to terminate the Student’s enrollment for violation of terms and conditions, non-payment of tuition fees, or any other breach of this Agreement. No refunds will be provided in the event of termination.
GFGG IT Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through email or within the Facebook group.
By proceeding with the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. We look forward to an enriching learning journey together at GFGG IT Academy!
