Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Web Design & Development Instructor? GFGG IT Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Design & Development Instructor to join our team. As a Web Design & Development Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in educating and inspiring our students to excel in the field of customer service and support within the Web Design & Development ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design, update, and enhance curriculum content for Web Design & Development courses, ensuring alignment with the latest Salesforce updates, industry best practices, and evolving business needs.
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions covering essential Service Cloud concepts, functionalities, and implementation strategies.
- Live Demonstrations: Provide live demonstrations of Service Cloud features, guiding students through real-world scenarios to deepen their practical understanding of the platform.
- Case Studies and Projects: Assign and evaluate case studies and projects that offer students practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of Service Cloud implementation in various business contexts.
- Feedback and Assessment: Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and projects, monitor individual progress, and offer additional support when needed.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest developments in Service Cloud, Salesforce certifications, and related technologies. Integrate real-world examples and industry insights into the curriculum.
- Certification Preparation: Prepare students for relevant Salesforce certifications, guiding them through the certification process and providing additional resources for exam preparation.
- Mentorship: Offer mentorship and career guidance to students, sharing insights into the industry and helping them develop the skills necessary for success in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other instructors, faculty members, and industry professionals to enhance the overall learning experience and ensure alignment with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce Certification: A Salesforce Service Cloud certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) is required. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, with a proven track record of successful implementations and project management.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience as an instructor or trainer, particularly in a Salesforce or CRM-related capacity, is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible and understandable manner.
- Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem.
