Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop curriculum content for graphic design courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends.
- Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions to students, covering topics such as design principles, software proficiency, and industry best practices.
- Feedback and Assessment: Provide constructive feedback on student work, assess project submissions, and track individual progress to ensure a high standard of learning outcomes.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments in graphic design, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continually enhance the relevance of the curriculum.
- Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment. Encourage creativity and critical thinking.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other instructors, faculty members, and support staff to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the academy’s success.

Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field. Experience in both print and digital design is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software is a plus.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience as an instructor or trainer in a formal or informal educational setting is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the field of graphic design.
